Baker McKenzie Advises McMaster University on Challenge to Mandatory Vaccination Policy

Baker McKenzie represented McMaster College in defending its obligatory COVID-19 vaccination plan on judicial evaluation. Four Applicants questioned for an exemption from the University’s obligatory vaccination policy, citing spiritual and conscience grounds. The College refused their exemption requests, declaring no link among their spiritual beliefs and refusal to get the COVID-19 vaccine.
