Goa Tourism Department lacks powers to enforce law on beaches: Goa Tourism Minister Rohan Khaunte

Goa Tourism Minister Rohan Khaunte has mentioned his Section lacks powers and is dependent on law enforcement for law enforcement on beaches and expressed the require for modification of the Tourism Act.
